ONWAY LIMITED WARRANTY AND POLICY ON REPLACEMENT PROCEDURES & RESPONSIBILITIES.
Your purchase includes the following warranty. This warranty is extended only to the initial purchaser. No warranty registration is required.

ONWAY e-Bikes 2-Year Warranty

All ONWAY e-bikes and accessories are covered under our manufacturer's 2-year inclusive warranty for the original owner against all manufacturing defects.
ONWAY e-bike components including the frame, forks, handlebar, seat post, saddle, brakes, lights, bottom bracket, crank set, pedals, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, shifter, motor, throttle, controller, wiring harness, LCD display, kickstand, reflectors and hardware are warranted to be free from manufacturer defects in materials and/or workmanship for a 2 year period from the date of original purchase. Wear and tear is not covered under warranty. ONWAY e-bikes’ lithium-ion batteries are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship for a 2-year period from the date of original purchase. The battery warranty does not include damage from power surges, use of an improper charger, improper maintenance or other such misuses, normal wear and tear or water damage.

Replacement Procedure:

ONWAY will replace any and all components that are deemed to be defective or damaged (including damage incurred during shipment) without user error.

1: Claims

All claims to this warranty must be made through ONWAY and submitted to support@onway-ebikes.com. Proof of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product are required with any warranty request. Before making a warranty claim, we suggest that you contact us at support@onway-ebikes.com, as there may be a simple fix for your problem. Valid warranty claims will be processed through ONWAY within 2 years of initial purchase.

ONWAY will not replace any part without any photo or video proof of damage. Customers need to provide this proof by email.

2: Shipping Damage Claims
In rare cases, the item received may be damaged during transportation. If shipping damage occurs, please contact support@onway-ebikes.com and provide us with a photo or video as proof.

NOTICE: we will not accept shipping damage claims after 7 days of delivery.
